Functional Test Lead

• Automation Leadership: 10+ years in QA/testing with 6+ years in test automation. Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Test Strategy Ownership: Lead test planning and execution across functional, regression, performance, security, and integration testing.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#; experienced with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD & Collaboration: Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and work closely with developers, DevOps, and product owners.
• Team & Quality Management: Mentor junior testers, lead SDET teams, and enforce best practices in code quality and testing standards.
• Advanced Testing Skills: Skilled in performance testing, cloud environments, containerization, database testing, and Agile methodologies.
