About the Role:

The Fulfillment Manager is a critical leadership role at Trella, ensuring seamless operations, building robust supply networks, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a manager, you will oversee the day-to-day fulfillment operations, drive process improvements, and lead a high-performing team to achieve superior reliability and financial success. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer fulfillment in your region, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Fulfillment Operations: Oversee and manage daily fulfillment operations across customers in your assigned geography. Ensure superior customer service and establish Trella as the partner of choice.
  • Develop Supply Partner Networks: Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality network of supply partners to meet customer requirements. Ensure optimal placement of trucks and drive profitability.
  • Enhance Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your region. Share proactive updates, troubleshoot operational challenges, and develop strong working relationships with customer points of contact (POCs).
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues in real-time, ensuring smooth operations and high efficiency.
  • Optimize Processes: Use data-driven insights to identify and implement process improvements. Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and meet financial success metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing fulfillment team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or vendor management, with exposure to handling complex operational activities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented culture.
