Managing project activities within Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and ensuring project delivered upon time, cost and within agreed scope and benefits.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

  • Manages day to day project activities from initiation up until closing, including project delivery activities and work products.
  • Develops all project management plans and adhere to project management practices, as outlined in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) project management handbook.
  • Develops relevant business case and business benefits plans for individual projects and Monitors alignment, effectiveness and timeliness of the related project plan and activities.
  • Integrates cross-functional activities through proper scheduling and dependency management.
  • Facilitates interactions and communicate adequately with project stakeholders – specifically business owners for effective management of the operational readiness and deployment
  • Sets-up appropriate governance and oversight of all projects under his management which could range from one to many at any point in time.
  • Anticipates and quantify tactical, operational, and strategic risks applying a risk-based approach to forecasting.
  • Works with business owners across the organization to ensure that project deliverables achieve the business result that enables value creation and provide progress report as per agreed frequency for each project.
  • Facilitates joint planning with internal and external stakeholders in the early stages of project formation, and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues, and escalate them to EPMO Director/Head of delivery, as required.
  • Facilitates schedule and cost forecasting and determine risk-based provisions.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Five (5) years of related experience with Masters, or seven (7) years with Bachelor degree, including Two (2) years at a Senior/supervisory position is required.

Other Requirements(Certificates)

  • Saudi National Only.
  • Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineers.
  • Professional Certificates in Portfolio, Program, Project Management or other related certificates is required.
