The Role of the Front Desk Receptionist

Understanding and assessing the needs of each guest is essential in order to provide personalized recommendations and touches that will ensure maximum satisfaction.

- Written, spoken and reading proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Hotel experience preferred.
- Opera PMS knowledge preferred.
