Freelance Line Producer

A leading production team is seeking a skilled freelance line producer for a high-profile sports brand campaign shoot in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This project-based role is ideal for a professional with strong local knowledge and experience in managing on-location shoots. The successful candidate will coordinate logistics, secure permits, and assemble a capable crew to ensure seamless execution of the campaign. The assignment will require a hybrid approach, with both onsite and remote responsibilities, and is expected to last up to one week. Only candidates currently residing in Riyadh will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production logistics for the Riyadh shoot, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage the process of obtaining necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Source, hire, and coordinate additional crew members as required for the project
• Liaise with local vendors, talent, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure the campaign stays on track
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges or issues that may arise during the shoot
• Provide regular updates to the production team and maintain clear communication throughout the project
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience as a line producer or production manager on commercial or campaign shoots
• In-depth knowledge of Riyadh’s production landscape, including permit processes and local contacts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate diverse teams
• Ability to work both onsite in Riyadh and remotely as needed
• Must be currently based in Riyadh; candidates outside the city will not be considered
