- Responsible for developing detailed programme for construction activities.
- Responsible for preparing manpower resource schedule to achieve the timely completion
- of project.
- Responsible for preparing equipment/material procurement schedule.
- Responsible to coordinate and assist the Project Manager for timely ordering of material
- and equipment.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare work plans and look ahead short-term programmes as required by the contract.
- Responsible for monitoring the progress of works at site and highlight the problems to the
- Project Manager/Construction Manager, as and when required.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintain tracking logs for material and drawing submittals.
- Responsible to developing detailed programme for Test & Commissioning System.
- Responsible for attending project progress review meetings with Project manager and
- assist as required.
- Responsible for any other task/duties as designated by the Project Manager.
