Position Summary

Barn’s is seeking a results-driven and forward-thinking Finance Manager to lead and elevate the financial management function across the organization. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making with high-quality insights and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic business partnering — ideally from the food and beverage industry.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute robust financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on financial matters.

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts with variance analysis and scenario planning.
  • Deliver insights to support cost efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Ensure full compliance with ZATCA, VAT, corporate tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain readiness for audits and inspections by external and internal auditors.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

  • Design and implement effective internal control systems across the finance function.
  • Continuously assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sound governance.
  • Oversee policies and procedures that support financial integrity and transparency.

Operational Finance & Cost Management

  • Monitor and manage operating costs, working capital, and capital expenditures.
  • Drive cost optimization programs without compromising product quality or service standards.
  • Lead margin analysis and product profitability reviews.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Maintain healthy liquidity by optimizing cash flow and working capital cycles.
  • Develop investment strategies for excess funds in line with company risk appetite.
  • Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and currency exposure.

Digital Transformation & ERP Systems

  • Spearhead digital initiatives within the finance function to enhance accuracy and speed.
  • Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Promote automation of reporting, analytics, and transactional processes.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.
  • Support succession planning and upskilling within the department.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Support

  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other functions to support business initiatives.
  • Provide commercial and financial insights for new projects, product launches, and expansion plans.
  • Collaborate on feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and vendor evaluations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred.
  • 15–20 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the food & beverage or retail sector.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with Saudi financial regulations.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage teams and influence at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
