We are seeking a seasoned Finance Expert with over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, who has a proven track record in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis and segmentation for digital banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategies, driving digital transformation, and enabling data-driven decision-making across digital channels.

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for digital banking products and services.
• Perform detailed P&L splits across digital channels, products, and customer segments.
• Collaborate with digital, product, and technology teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the financial performance of digital initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning for digital transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong background in digital banking finance, with hands-on experience in P&L split and analysis.
• Deep understanding of digital banking products, customer journeys, and revenue models.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

• Experience working in or with GCC banks, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and agile environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the banking sector.
