Finance and Administrative Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a Financial and Administrative Manager who is responsible for managing all finance services of our sales company and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems, and reporting comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards established by the Company and by authorities. The manager will also be responsible for managing Administrative tasks under Global Services.

This position will work in Riyadh and report to the GS Country Manager, MENA.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Ensure proper financial transactions are aligned with group accounting standards and local rules/legislations
• Management of all accounting records at GL, AR, AP
• Responsible for reviewing and reporting adjustments between local GAAP and IFRS
• Directly processing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities and Reporting
• Responsible for Tax compliance and any local compliance requirements for Finance, administrative topics
• Ownership of Internal and external reporting audits – meet deadlines
• Communication with external auditors, tax consultants, Free Zone management, and other institutions
• Accountable for budget, and cash flow forecasts and securing good cost management within own responsibility area
• Review, analyze, and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency, and transparency
• Managing all financial operations, including loan settlements, cash flows, cheque portfolio, leasing transactions, and collection activities
• Provide problem-solving, and business partnering support to internal stakeholders including guidance/training on taxation and compliance
• Managing administrative tasks, team and Real estate matters
• Be part of the Country Leadership team representing Global Services.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance -economics or relevant area,
• Equivalent to 8-10 years of Finance/Accounting experience including managerial and multinational company experience
• Having one of the ACCA/ACA/CPA certificates with an accounting and analysis background
• Understanding of local rules and regulations,
• Experience with working in an international environment
• Arabic and Advanced in English with good communication skills
• Having a sense of responsibility
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, and SAP, knowledge is an asset .
