As the Field Training Executive, you will combine sales acumen with training expertise to educate and empower our business partners and real estate developers on the value of Bayut's offerings while driving sales of our packages. You will be passionate about real estate, adept at building relationships, and skilled in delivering impactful training sessions.

Requirements


  • Create training content and materials for real estate professionals and use various teaching methods to enhance learning;
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops;
  • Collaborate with experts for accurate content;
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics and improve training based on evaluation results;
  • Identify training needs and skill gaps;
  • Ensure training meets legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Educate on ethical practices in real estate;
  • Provide ongoing support for career advancement and create individual development plans;
  • Represent and promote the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking functions;
  • Foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility;
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with the organisation's goals;
  • Stay updated with Industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 2+ years in training, sales, or a related role, preferably in the real estate or technology sectors;
  • Training Experience: 2+ years in a training role, delivering engaging and effective sessions;
  • Proven ability to sell products/services, achieve targets, and build lasting client relationships
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred);
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry, developers, or technology solutions is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and challenges;
  • Understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;
  • Skilled at creating and delivering training sessions tailored to diverse audiences;
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to address client needs effectively;
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Competent in using technology, presentation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Data analytical mindset;
