Field Service Resource Planner - Saudi Nationals only

We are growing the size and scope of our specialist Planning function, dedicated to implementing standard methodology Resource Planning to our services, and we are now looking for a Resource Planner to join our operations function. This role involves setting up forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, Efficiency &Training plan for our Field services Team.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Experience within Resource Planning, including forecasting, managing resource levels.
• Able to demonstrate experience in crafting forecasts and capacity planning models from scratch.
• Ability to understand and utilize data as an analyst, including in-depth Excel and reporting suite skills.
• Ideally experience working within financial services.
• Crafting and building the long-, medium- and short-term aspect of our forecasting.
• Building and maintaining new long term workforce capacity models and methods, striving to innovate planning practices and techniques.
• Recommending, building, and maintaining short/medium term models to predict performance outcomes based on existing resources and provide recommendations for improvements and areas of opportunity.
• Collaborating with SE Global Field service team for Project specific Resource mobilization & Demobilization.
• Plan & Drive through PMs for Pre job briefing prior to the site Mobilization.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 5 to 7 Years of experience in Resource planning.
• Willingness to support for any Ad hoc Events Related to FS Operations.
• Knowledgeable and expert utilizing MS project or Primavera 6
• Expert knowledge using Excel.
• Familiar with Sales force, Concur, E2E Tools.
• Knowledge and experience utilizing Cost Management Tools (SAP).
• Proven understanding of word-processing and coordinated software applications.
• Work Experience with multicultural teams required.
• Great teammate & Capable of Training Juniors.
