Job Overview

KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our clients in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical/electrical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently

Provide training to clients on equipment operation

Maintain detailed service reports and documentation

Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues

Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols

Manage spare parts inventory and service tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of field service engineering experience

Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems

Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/drawings

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Preferred Technical Skills

Experience with CMMS software

Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)

Familiarity with HVAC or industrial equipment
