- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
- Follow up on all project activities.
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using maintenance software.
