Manage and develop Nahdi’s facilities in the fields of Mechincal Electrical and Plumbing, Fire fighting /Fire Alarm, CCTV, generator, elevator, access control, and announcement system contractors to meet Nahdi’s policies and ensure employees’ safety, satisfaction, and security.
Manage HQ space planing in order to meet Nahdi expansion by leading renovations projects that accommodate workspace standar along with all safety elements.
Lead, enhance and improve HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) within Head office. Oversees a company’s grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. Their duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates.
Accountabilities
Safety Awareness & Equipment:
Lead the employees’ awareness of the safety procedures through conducting awareness trainings to prevent injuries in emergency situations.
Conduct trainings by external providers and communicating the departments’ representatives to maintain safe working environment to Nahdi employees.
Control the procedure of maintaining Firefighting /Fire alarm equipment, devices, and system by developing the daily checklists and SOPs to ensure the effectiveness firefighting system performance.
Lead and ensure Nahdi facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards in order to obtain the necessary governmental license for operating the building.
Maintenance Operations:
Manage the relationship with the outsourced companies through monitoring their performance based on the set plans and schedules to enhance work environment safety.
- Lead the Facility team to ensure that the guest experience is significant by controlling task distribution, resource allocation, vacations, overtime, uniform, training.
Manage and monitoring the internal support requisition system (RightNow) to ensure the right assignment resolving as per SLA to sustain the guest satisfaction level.
Create annual preventative plans maintenance for the whole building to ensure business continuity.
Lead the preventative maintenance plans compliance by reviewing schedules and methods to prevent malfunctions.
Manage the yearly maintenance budget and monitoring departmental expenditure to enhance cost efficiency.
Approve the materials need to be used in repair, renovation, and new projects from engineering aspects to ensure better quality of execution.
Lead any change/modification process in the building by giving the approvals as per standards to ensure standardization and quality throughout the building.
Manage sever issues (huge water leakage, chemical leakage, electricity cut off) by utilize the technical and experience knowledge to ensure minimal impact.
Ensure maintenance department is aligned with business objectives by designing required SLAs, SOPs, SMART, and KPIs to achieve Nahdi objectives.
allocated office spaces, managed floor plans, and tracked occupancy to optimize the use of available space.
Responsible for budgeting and controlling operational expenses, often focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
Development & Projects:
Developing and Improve energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness by frequent survey the facilities’ utilities.
Lead facilities projects, renovations, Assets yearly budget (CAPEX), and refurbishments to achieve the maximum quality and to assure Nahdi standards with guest satisfaction.
Analyze the building needs if applicable to set the yearly project targets to align with the business continuity strategy.
Contributes to strategic planning by evaluating and projecting future facility needs and proposing options to achieve them.
Manage and lead all HQ facility’s projects in terms of below:
Create engineering solution accommodate NMC need.
Communicate the solution with the concern Vice president and influence the change.
Communicate the scope of work to our procurement team and negotiate the price and samples with the supplier.
Set the full project plan and communicate with the concern VP and department head.
Monitoring the execution and lead the receiving from the contractor.
Reports & Bills:
Lead the bills review of the facilities services like water, electricity, materials...etc. and communicate accordingly with the corporate purchase Division to ensure the services continuity and on-time payment.
Approve Purchase Requests (PRs) for material supplies and projects by reviewing the specifications and collaborate with corporate purchase Division to ensure on-time completion.
Issue periodic reports including the audit and checklists results of the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing, Firefighting /Fire Alarm, CCTV, generator, elevator, access control, and announcement system activities to analyze the services’ performance and effectiveness.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor in Engineering or related field / OSHA or NEBOSH Certified
Experience
6+ Years of Experience in the facility management.
