Expert - Security & FLS Master Planning (MAS8-20003659)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Expert in Security & FLS (Fire Life Safety) Master Planning for our groundbreaking developments. In this high-impact role, you orchestrate key workflows, documentation control, and cross-disciplinary integration across the FLS Master Planning function that sits within the Master Development Operations - Security & Resilience team. Operating at the intersection of technical support and strategic execution, this role ensures that compliance, project delivery, and resource planning are aligned with Qiddiya's broader giga-project objectives.

Your expertise will be integral in the efficient coordination of land planning, asset development, and regulatory conformance activities, supporting the senior technical team on high-value design, advisory, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline operational workflows across multidisciplinary teams, enhancing efficiency and aligning project delivery with Qiddiya's strategic objectives
• Develop and implement key organizational tools and processes, such as task trackers, dashboards, and performance frameworks, driving accountability and improving resource allocation
• Lead tracking of FLS inputs across city-wide masterplans and assets
• Manage timeline databases incorporating critical dependencies and milestone forecasts
• Coordinate master schedule inputs to support private firefighting phasing needs
• Lead the development of the Security and FLS Master Plan, ensuring integration with overall project objectives and compliance with local and international regulations
• Own document control and transmittal workflows using Aconex, BIM360, and SharePoint
• Monitor submission of FLS checklists and design packages; flag delays and inconsistencies
• Maintain a city-wide library of codes and standards (e.g., SBC, NFPA, ISO), ensuring all updates are tracked and applied
• Serve as a liaison between FLS Master Planning and Qiddiya District and Asset Development teams
• Track and communicate cross-disciplinary changes
• Coordinate with procurement teams and external consultants on third-party FLS advisory services
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance frameworks for executive reporting
• Provide presentation support for key briefing materials and stakeholder packs (e.g., Steering Group, internal governance)
• Assist in shaping policies, standards, and risk frameworks through research and structured documentation
• Lead initiatives to expand the team's advisory capabilities, including end-to-end fire and life safety consulting and technical advisory services, positioning Qiddiya's safety and security function as regional benchmarks
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security management, Fire Safety Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees and certifications in relevant areas are preferred
• 9-12 years of relevant experience in project coordination, document control, or technical operations in the fire safety, or relevant infrastructure delivery sectors
• Proficiency in Aconex, BIM360, SharePoint, and reporting/dashboarding tools
• Familiarity with regulatory standards including SBC, NFPA, ISO, AS/NZS
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and track large-scale project dependencies
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems, fire prevention methods, and emergency response planning
