Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability across all segments of the business
• Lead and manage commercial teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering a culture of high performance
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to maximize business opportunities and enhance the overall brand presence
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and positioning
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting of commercial activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies

Requirements

• A minimum of 20+ years of experience in commercial management, with a strong focus in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing effective commercial strategies
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in managing diverse teams
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the entertainment industry
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret financial and market data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
