Executive Assistant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of a prominent organization specializing in advanced manufacturing and technology solutions. The role demands a proactive individual with a strong ability to handle diverse administrative tasks efficiently. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and bilingual communication skills. Fluency in both English and Arabic is crucial to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
• Prepare and handle expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
• Prioritize and organize tasks to facilitate effective time management.
• Support the CEO in preparing presentations and documents using MS Office Suite.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the organizations objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive-level administrative assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
