ESG Manager (DEL - 511)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Manager to lead our sustainability initiatives and integrate ESG principles into our business operations. This critical role will involve developing and implementing strategies that align with Qiddiya's commitment to responsible development and sustainable practices, while enhancing our positive impact on the environment and the communities we serve.

The ESG Manager will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and promote transparency, accountability, and ethical practices. You will also be responsible for engaging with external stakeholders, assessing ESG performance, and reporting progress to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Qiddiya's ESG strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices
• Conduct regular assessments of ESG performance, identifying areas for improvement and maintaining compliance with local and international regulations
• Engage with stakeholders, including community groups, government agencies, and project partners, to promote ESG initiatives and gather feedback
• Prepare and present reports on ESG performance, ensuring transparency and accountability in all activities
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate ESG considerations into project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Lead training and awareness programs to promote ESG principles among employees and stakeholders
• Monitor trends in ESG reporting and regulations to ensure that Qiddiya remains at the forefront of sustainability efforts
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of ESG strategies
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Certifications related to sustainability or ESG (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) are a plus
