Job Purpose
To manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and achieve sales growth for ERP and HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and develop new business opportunities.
– Manage existing client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
– Conduct product presentations and demos.
– Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
– Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for client success.
Qualifications & Requirements
– 4–6 years of ERP/HR software sales experience.
– Strong knowledge of the Saudi business environment.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
– Fluent in English and Arabic.
