This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

• Performing IMG configurations related to Sales & Distribution module. Teamed with business for better utilization of SAP system by introducing new functionalities and developing new customized reports. Coordinating with developers to create user-exits, enhancements in sales order creation, delivery and billings based on business requirement.
• Customizing OTC process control elements such as document types, item category, and schedule line category. Customizing pricing procedure according to the company’s business process. Configuration of Condition Types, Condition Tables and Access Sequences, Determining and Maintaining Pricing Procedure. Handling and configuring reverse logistics (handling customer returns) including Debit/Credit notes.
• Supporting business in resolving SAP SD related issues in day-to-day business activities. Led local teams through complex project tasks and in rolling out Global Projects and initiatives. Delivery-focused and able to motivate teams and other fellow consultants. Involved in various re-engineering exercises during the course within and outside SAP system.
• Credit management setup in SAP SD module. Supporting business with issues related to Credit Management. Production support: Resolving tickets and working with business users and developers to solve the issues.
• Testing: Carrying out unit testing, systems testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing. Supporting business in carrying out UAT for new developments and projects. Coordinating with developers in generating non-standard reports and forms. Involved in Core User and Super User Trainings. Conducting trainings and workshops for end users.
• Using the LSMW tools for mass change/upload of master data. Implementation of workflows in SAP, where the users can have Quotations/Orders approved within SAP and do not require any external workflow. Setting up Inbound and Outbound IDocs, maintaining partner profile with Inbound/Outbound parameters. Troubleshooting and re-processing of IDocs. Working with Technical Consultant to enhance Function Module as per business requirement.
• Working and leading the group projects and ensuring that is implemented in the given timeline in coordination with local Business and ERP team. Carried out changes in SD module related to VAT implementation. Extensively supporting business for issues related to VAT and tax determination on sales and billing documents. Carrying out changes related to E-Invoicing.
• Involved extensively in SAP migrations. Preparing Migration strategy and involved in data cleansing activity during migrations in coordination with business.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Graduate or equivalent Degree in the relevant field.
• SAP SD Certification is a plus.
• with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP SD module.
• Must be fluent in English.
