The Role

Responsibilities

Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist position who will be working in Jubail having the following key responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and refining the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
• Perform structured risk assessments across business units, covering operational, financial, and strategic areas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers, ensuring proper documentation and classification of risks.
• Collaborate with departments to define and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Track key risk indicators and provide regular updates on potential exposures and mitigation status.
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops to enhance risk awareness across teams.
• Analyze incidents to determine root causes and identify patterns that may require corrective action.
• Prepare and present clear risk reports and dashboards to management and oversight committees.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to the industrial sector.
  
  

The Candidate

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

• holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related specialization
• having relevant Risk Management related professional certifications
• having strong understanding of risk management principles and recognized frameworks
• preference will be given for Saudi applicants
• willing to relocate to Jubail city
• having 5+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, preferably in relevant industries
