Job Purpose:
To implement sustainability and enhance sustainability projects across SK Plants. To track and monitor Sustainability KPI, GHG Inventory on plant performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate Sustainability Initiatives.
- Develop Long / Short - range plans for proposing and implementing innovation.
- Responsible for developing, implementing & maintaining Sustainability program encompassing various areas of organization.
- Establish matrix, procedures, and methodologies to facilitate the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Leading technical development activities from concept through successful implementation.
- Lead the team of technical engineers & work on the sustainability projects/proposals/studies.
- Ability to identify viable CDM project, provide support at different stages of the project, identify additionalities, estimate emission reduction and monitoring.
- Coordinate all aspects of energy and environment management, from energy efficiency and reduction of GHG emissions to waste management and sustainable development by:
- Encouraging the use of renewable/sustainable energy resources within an organization.
- Deriving solutions for carbon management.
- Raising the profile of energy conservation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in operations and process design in process plants or petrochemical industry.
