We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural projects.

• Develop and review structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects
• Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced engineering software
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve structural engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and supervision
• Strong understanding of international and local building codes and standards
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and STAAD.Pro
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Professional engineering license or equivalent certification is a plus
• Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
