Job Purpose:

Data Analysis and Reporting by gathering and analyzing performance and reliability data to recommend improvements. Develop and present comprehensive reliability reports and dashboards. Continuously evaluate and improve reliability processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality standards are met. To identify chronic failures and bad actors related to asset performance, maintenance costs and work processes for investigation and develop improvement plan to eliminate root cause and prevent failure reoccurrence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Drive Bad Actors and Performance Killers programs within the organization.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing asset uptime, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. Gather and analyze data from various sources such as SAP, Merduim, Q-Pulse to generate reports on asset health, performance, and improvement.
  • Conduct RCA for repeated critical assets failure and low assets performance and conduct failure analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Define and analysis assets obsoleteness and put the plan for upgrade and replacement.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Engineering.
  • Shall be certified at least one in the following: API's: API 653 API 570 API 510.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position in Process, Fertilizer, Petrochemical Industry or Refinery preferably in the area of asset engineering.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, impact assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in using SAP, Merduim, Q-Pulse and related system.
  • Thorough knowledge of failure analysis techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of failure mechanisms, corrective and preventative methods.
  • Ability to work on multitasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge in Risk Management.
