Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary E2E Networks Architecture Lead to join our Engineering & Networks team in the Middle East. This strategic role involves leading the definition, design, and implementation of complex, multi-domain network architectures that span Core, Cloud, IP, Radio, and Fixed networks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in telecommunications and IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on mission-critical, greenfield, and complex network environments. You will be responsible for developing the overarching technology strategy and architecture blueprint, ensuring networks are future-ready, scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Architecture Leadership:

Define and drive the overall end-to-end network architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.

Oversee the design and integration of multi-domain network architectures (Core, Cloud, IP/MPLS, RAN, Fixed, LTE/5G) across vendor ecosystems.

Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints and technology roadmaps to guide long-term evolution.

Design & Implementation:

Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure E2E networks, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Recommend architectural improvements and modern methodologies to enhance performance, reduce TCO, and elevate customer experience.

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI, automation, and next-generation network tools.

Delivery Excellence & Governance:

Implement best practices in network design and architecture governance.

Analyze project metrics to identify areas of optimization and ensure design adherence throughout delivery lifecycle.

Drive quality management and architectural integrity across all network domains and vendors.

Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Leadership:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery of architectural objectives.

Influence key decisions and lead discussions related to architecture, standards, and solution integration.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 15 years of experience in telecommunications networks and infrastructure architecture.

Proven track record in designing and leading complex, multi-vendor, and greenfield networks.

Understanding Of:

Core, Cloud, IP/MPLS, RAN (2G–5G), Fixed Networks

Network Management Systems, Security, Automation Tools

AI/ML integration for network intelligence

Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., 3GPP, ITU, TM Forum).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like TOGAF, CCIE, AWS, etc. are preferred).

Languages:

English: Fluent (required)

Arabic: Professional working proficiency (preferred)
