Primary Purpose Of The Position
- Attend day to day Electrical issues related to production and plant
- Carry out daily / weekly / monthly / yearly maintenance activities.
- Carry out daily / weekly / monthly checkout for machines.
- Attend any breakdown as and when it occurs and informed.
- Has good experience with PLCs and Drives. (Allen Bradley is preferred)
- Has good knowledge about field instrumentation.
- Has the ability to read the electrical wiring diagram.
- Has a good troubleshooting skills and analytic thinking.
- Report to supervisor about pending maintenance on machine.
- Request materials to be withdrawn from store for maintenance / break down / project
- Report to supervisor about materials to be requested.
- Report to supervisor about any unsafe condition in the plant.
- Follow up with jobs left over by previous shift.
- Carry out jobs that are assigned by Supervisor / Electrical Manager
- Log all activities done during the shift.
