About The Role :
The Electrician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within Leylatys Riyadh facilities, including the Central Production Unit, administration building, and restaurant outlets. The role ensures electrical safety, energy efficiency, and uninterrupted power supply to support all operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, panels, lighting, and distribution networks.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical components and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure safe, timely repairs.
Ensure compliance with Saudi electrical codes and Civil Defence requirements.
Maintain and test backup systems including generators and UPS units.
Support all site operations when required by assisting with electrical needs at external functions, other Leylaty sites, and affiliated restaurants.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and test records.
Recommend energy-efficient improvements and report system performance to the Facilities Engineer.
Qualifications:
Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical safety codes and installation standards in Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of control systems and load management.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to all electrical safety standards and company protocols.
Report hazards or unsafe practices immediately.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Facilities Engineer and other technicians.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialised work.
Support operations and off-site functions when electrical expertise is required.
