E-commerce Senior Manager

the Senior E-commerce Manager will lead the future of flyadeal’s digital customer experience. This role will drive our web and mobile app strategy, focusing on end-to-end customer journey optimization, digital revenue growth, and leveraging the latest technology to enhance every digital touchpoint. You will be a key driver of our digital strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver ambitious channel performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall e-commerce product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead commercial performance and enhancements across all direct booking channels (web & app).
• Manage vendors and contracts for digital and e-commerce solutions.
• Align e-commerce initiatives with commercial strategy to achieve revenue and channel share targets.
• Optimize conversion rates and continuously improve user experience via A/B testing and analytics.
• Track and improve ROI of digital products and services.
• Benchmark digital platforms against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on digital innovation, recommending new tools and trends.
• Collaborate with commercial and IT teams to integrate ancillary products into the booking flow.
• Lead the analysis and usage of tools such as Google Analytics, fare marketing platforms, and SEO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce product management and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong experience with airline systems (preferably Navitaire) and low-cost carrier (LCC) models.
• Deep understanding of CMS platforms, internet booking engines, and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, and A/B testing.
• Solid project management, decision-making, and business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern e-commerce and travel industry trends.
