- Staff Management: Supervise and train front office staff, manage schedules.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations and coordinate with other departments.
- Financial Management: Assist with budget oversight and monitor revenue.
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary contact for emergencies and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain operational records and contribute to policy development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficient in hotel management software.
