Purpose Of The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety‑driven Driller with proven experience working on Jack‑Up drilling rigs and hands‑on proficiency with HMH drilling equipment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing safe and efficient drilling operations while leading the drill crew and ensuring compliance with all operational standards.

How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

• Carry out drilling operations ensuring the respect of plan and operative safety rules
• Operate and monitor drilling equipment, including HMH draw works, top drives, BOP controls, and mud systems.
• Holding the proper Dilling know-how and IWCF certification, be fully able to operate Offshore rig conditions ensuring the well program is carried out in a safe, efficient and productive manner according to Saipem procedures and in line with contractual requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the drill floor crew to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Execute drilling programs in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices
• Maintain well control readiness and respond effectively to any well control situations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, environmental standards, and operational guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the ToolPusher, Rig Manager, and other departments to support smooth rig operations.
• Maintain accurate drilling records, reports, and equipment logs.
  
  

What are we looking for?

Experience: Minimum 9 years’ experience in drilling and workover operations of which minimum 2 years as Driller with experience in HMH Drilling Equipment.
