Job Description:

The Document Controller/Department Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s documentation process, ensuring efficient filing, tracking, and retrieving of documents, while also supporting departmental operations. This role is crucial for maintaining organizational structure and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of documentation within the department, ensuring accurate tracking and archiving.
  • Ensure that all documents meet the company’s standards and requirements.
  • Assist in departmental coordination, supporting key administrative functions.
  • Handle internal and external communications related to document management.
  • Update and maintain filing systems, both electronically and in hard copy, to ensure proper document retrieval.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and document sharing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Saudis only
  • Previous experience in document control or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other document management software.
