We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Document Controller to join a project for a 4-month engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience, with strong proficiency in Aconex document management software, and prior experience working on the client or consultant side. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely control of project documentation, maintaining audit trails, and facilitating document flow across teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of proven experience in document control for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on expertise in using Aconex software for document management, distribution, and tracking.
- Prior experience working on the client or consultant side of large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of document control protocols, naming conventions, and version control processes.
- Ability to manage high volumes of documents efficiently and ensure compliance with document workflows.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Manage the receipt, distribution, tracking, and archiving of all project documentation using Aconex.
- Ensure all documents are correctly classified, filed, and stored according to project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, submittals, correspondences, and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and client representatives to facilitate efficient document flow.
- Enforce document control procedures and standards, ensuring compliance across all stakeholders.
- Generate document status reports and provide updates to project managers and team leads.
- Support project audits by ensuring a complete and organized document trail.
- Assist with onboarding and training team members on document control systems and protocols, as needed.
