Contract Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Data Management & Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a similar role within the context of engineering projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective management and control of project documentation and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement document control procedures and processes to ensure efficient management of project documentation.

Organize, maintain, and track all project-related documents, including contracts, reports, drawings, and correspondence.

Ensure compliance with project documentation standards and quality assurance requirements.

Collaborate with project teams to facilitate the timely distribution and retrieval of documents.

Monitor and report on document control metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Provide training and support to project staff on document management systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.

Over 10 years of experience in data management and document control, preferably in engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of document management systems and software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
