In just eight years, Oryx Doors & Windows has grown in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to a company with 150 people who fabricate, sell and install the most innovative products in the GCC market.  Let’s do the same in Riyadh!  We are seeking a highly motivated Division Manager to join our dynamic team managing the Huda Lighting / Oryx joint venture in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in supporting Oryx in achieving a foothold in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead market entry and growth strategy
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans alongside Oryx Operational Management in Dubai
• Build and lead a high-performance team – when the volume of sales dictates
• Manage critical stakeholder relationships
• Drive revenue growth and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of leadership / Sales  experience
• Proven track record in sales and operational management
• Strategic planning and execution skills
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Adaptability in dynamic business settings
