Dispatch Clerk

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

As a Dispatch Clerk, you will be responsible to receive, store, label, pick, load, and deliver finish goods and packaging in accordance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) requirements and service targets.

This position is based at Jeddah and will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently carry out all product / material loading and unloading tasks as well as Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items.
• Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders make sure label raw materials and receive goods, ensuring contents match manifest documents.
• Load, unload, stack, move, and place products in appropriately designated areas and Conduct stock count as per schedule.
• Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipments. Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Adhere to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) rules and regulations.

We are looking for:

Qualification:

• High School or Diploma in warehouse management / supply Chain.
• 2- 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or dispatch function.
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.

Location - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
