Treasury Operations & Cash Management
- Oversee daily cash operations, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations, investments, and debt servicing.
- Monitor and manage cash positions, intercompany funding, and short-term investments.
- Implement cash pooling, forecasting, and liquidity management structures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure robust controls for treasury processes, safeguarding company assets.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
- Negotiate banking terms, credit facilities, and optimize banking structures to reduce costs and risks.
- Represent the organization in treasury-related discussions with external stakeholders and regulators.
- Identify, measure, and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risks.
- Develop and execute hedging strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in treasury operations.
- Provide regular treasury and cash flow reports to the CFO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for liquidity, investment returns, and cost of capital.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, digital tools, and process enhancements.
