The Digital Transformation Specialist contributes to leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives within the organization in alignment with the Digital Government Authority (DGA) standards and global best practices. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and advancing digital services while ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Implement Digital Transformation Strategies:
- Analyze the current state and identify opportunities to improve digital processes.
- Execute digital transformation projects aligned with organizational goals and DGA standards.
Ensure Compliance with Standards:
- Monitor and implement the Digital Government Authority’s guidelines and standards.
- Review and ensure that the organization's digital policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
Develop Digital Solutions:
- Design innovative technical solutions to support digital transformation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Manage Systems and Data:
- Oversee the improvement of digital systems and infrastructure.
- Apply governance standards for data management and cybersecurity.
Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with various departments to identify their digital needs and support the implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting project progress and potential challenges.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in digital transformation and governance.
- Participate in workshops and conferences to enhance knowledge and apply the latest innovations.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in digital transformation or information technology.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Digital Government Authority standards and guidelines.
- Experience in implementing digital transformation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
