Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Maintenance
Oversee day-to-day operations of event-related digital platforms and solutions to ensure seamless performance.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot platforms; implement system updates and enhancements when required.
Ensure all technical requirements are met and collaborate closely with external development partners to support implementations.
Performance & Analytics
Monitor platform performance through data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Analyze user behavior to optimize user experience, engagement, and platform efficiency.
Produce periodic performance reports and dashboards covering key metrics and KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Venue IT teams and product development partners to align strategies and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments (communications, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure a unified brand tone and consistent user experience across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in platform management, digital operations, or IT systems administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret user data and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Familiarity with large-scale events, sports organizations, or technology-driven environments is a plus.
