This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the digital strategy for the cableway transportation system, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and enhancing user experience through smart technologies and data-driven solutions.

• Design and implement digital tools to improve operational efficiency and safety, integrating IoT, automation, and analytics into cableway operations.

• Manage BIM processes in line with ISO 19650 standards across design, construction, and handover phases, ensuring quality assurance and effective information modeling.

• Oversee user experience design, ensuring services meet visitor expectations, while managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for digital initiatives.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and supply chain partners, gathering requirements, supporting third-party understanding, and aligning digital efforts with organizational goals.

• Support advanced BIM applications, including 4D and 5D construction sequencing, cost strategy, COBie production, and training on data analysis and template creation.

• Maintain and manage digital environments, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Aconex, ensuring compliance and high-quality information standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement, object library development, drawing/sketch production, and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience within BIM roles, preferably within transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in transportation systems
