The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury - use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads the development and implementation of information management processes aligned with ISO 19650.
• Supports clients and project teams in defining and maintaining information requirements and standards.
• Develops and manages processes within a common data environment (CDE).
• Creates and maintains BIM execution plans (BEP) and information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR).
• Ensures compliance with security protocols for information access and distribution.
• Implements governance and assurance processes across project lifecycles.
• Oversees the production and assurance of the Information Model (pre-RIBA Stage 3).
• Develops object libraries and shared resources in line with BIM strategy.
• Supports digital handover and construction sequencing using information models.
• Collaborates with project managers and design teams to ensure procedural compliance.
• Provides BIM training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal and client teams.
• Advises on and integrates emerging technologies to enhance BIM processes.
• Supports cost planning through data extracted from information models.
• Participates in industry events to stay current with BIM trends and standards.
• Understands and applies the information management assignment matrix (ISO 19650-2 Table A.1).
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Recognised as a bachelor’s degree level qualification, including BA (Hons), BSc (Hons), and degree apprenticeships.
• Includes graduate-level certifications such as graduate certificates and diplomas.
• Covers Level 6 vocational awards, certificates, diplomas, and NVQs aligned with national qualification frameworks.
