The Digital Conversions Senior Executive – Social will execute paid social campaigns that drive conversions, engagement, and ROI. You’ll manage day-to-day optimizations while contributing insights that elevate performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily campaign execution and optimization across Meta and TikTok.
- Analyze audience data to refine targeting and bidding strategies.
- Test new formats, creatives, and ad types to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with managers and analytics teams to deliver data-driven reports.
- Track KPIs and ensure accurate reporting on performance and spend.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes.
- 3–5 years of experience in paid social campaign management.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Passion for performance marketing and emerging social platforms.
