We are recruiting individuals to join the Capital Projects and Infrastructure (CP&I) team in our London office. London is Efficio's global Headquarters where consultants support clients across the UK and Europe, with the opportunity to travel globally.

Working as part of the growing CP&I team you will be responsible for providing advisory services and/ or delivery of capital projects and programmes. Typical engagements may see you deliver services in procurement and supply chain, commercial advisory, project controls, governance and business transformation. Engagements will require you to lead at every level, work with a team, and solve interesting and complex problems. Depending on the nature of each engagement, your responsibilities could include:

• Working with Commercial and Procurement leaders to develop solutions to deliver capital projects and programmes
• Reviewing and optimising operating models, systems, processes, and ways of working
• Leveraging your expertise to identify cost transformation opportunities, and develop strategies to realise the benefits
• Managing the collection and analysis of client data to contribute to the development of recommended solutions.
• Managing relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to secure buy-in to strategies and influence outcomes.
• Plan and implement agreed strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved in the optimal way, in both a delivery and advisory capacity
• Being able to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively
• Contribute to the development of best-in-class methodologies, thought-leadership and intellectual capital
• Taking part in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants

• Experience delivering capital projects and programmes, ideally in commercial, procurement or project controls
• Consulting experience, demonstrating experience working with clients and build relationships
• Strong analytical capability and aptitude
• A strong academic background
