DevOps Engineer

As part of our commitment to innovation and growth, we are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance our infrastructure and deployment strategies. Our aim is to deliver robust and secure wealth management solutions through a seamless digital experience. The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in supporting our mission by driving the automation of our build, release, and infrastructure processes, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of security.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement advanced CI/CD strategies and best practices.
2. Automate the build, release, packaging, and infrastructure provisioning and support processes for Tamra Capital's Web and App platforms, ensuring consistency and reliability across all environments.
3. Own the full life-cycle of provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, maintenance, and support for app deployment, adopting best practices for scalability and efficiency.
4. Manage all the configurations required for installing and maintaining the infrastructure to ensure long-term stability and performance.
5. Set up and manage enterprise security solutions, including active directories, firewalls, SSL certificates, and Kerberos KDC servers, to safeguard company and client data.
6. Maintain and harden the infrastructure by regularly applying necessary security patches and updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
7. Define and automate complex build, versioning, and release processes for enterprise-level products, enhancing the productivity and predictability of deployments.
8. Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, integrating various test report and coverage plugins to streamline the development pipeline.
9. Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites to ensure thorough coverage and quality assurance.
10. Oversee deployment processes, ensuring efficient rollbacks and real-time monitoring to maintain service uptime.
11. Build and maintain complex, reusable DevOps patterns and deployment architectures, setting the standard and best practices for the team to follow.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 2 - 5 years of proven work experience in in a DevOps role with a focus on web and mobile applications, preferably in the fintech sector.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Certification: Advanced certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.), and security are highly regarded.
4. Skills:

• Proficient in automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining enterprise security solutions and compliance with industry security standards.
• Strong background in scripting and automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Expertise in CI/CD methodologies and tools, particularly Jenkins.
• Familiarity with test automation strategies and tools to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Proactive in maintaining system infrastructure, with a track record of implementing robust security measures including regular updates and patches.
