- Prepare and present a variety of high-quality desserts, baked goods, and confections.
- Assist in supervising and mentoring junior pastry staff.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the pastry section.
- Support the development of new pastry recipes and creative presentations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury or high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Passion for creativity and innovation in pastry arts.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
