The Position
The Demand & Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for driving the end-to-end demand planning across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to delivering high forecast accuracy, maximizing product availability, and optimizing inventory across all distribution channels. You will act as a strategic enabler between commercial, logistics, and global planning functions; the position ensures seamless supply continuity and operational excellence.

The Position
The Demand & Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for driving the end-to-end demand planning across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to delivering high forecast accuracy, maximizing product availability, and optimizing inventory across all distribution channels. You will act as a strategic enabler between commercial, logistics, and global planning functions; the position ensures seamless supply continuity and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts in close collaboration with local commercial teams
- Implement and execute Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes aligned with market needs and financial goals
- Ensure alignment between forecasted demand and actual installations, driving accountability and reducing variances
- Manage planning activities to ensure timely and complete deliveries in alignment with demand signals and PIPO requirements
- Maintain optimal stock levels across the KSA network to meet market demand while minimizing excess and aged inventory
- Manage key KPIs including write-offs, expiries, consignment stock utilization, and inventory turns
- Track inbound deliveries and lead times to ensure availability and responsiveness to market needs
- Coordinate tender requirements and align with regional and global stakeholders to secure customer commitments
- Ensure smooth execution of new product introductions (PIPO), minimizing risk and maximizing availability
- Lead and support planning-related projects and improvement initiatives within the local affiliate.
- Drive continuous improvement in demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and inventory management processes
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, digitalization, and system enhancements
- Ensure material master data accuracy to support planning efficiency and cross-functional alignment
- You hold a BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related
- You built a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role, with hands-on experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), with experience using APO module in SAP
- You built experience with 3PL providers and regional/global teams, and are familiar with tender management and consignment stock practices
- You built advanced analytical (advanced in Excel, numerical/data processing and interpretations), planning, and inventory management skills
- You are accountable with high sense of ownership, focused on getting things done, and have advanced stakeholder management/engagement skills
- You have excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and oral communication skills, and you are fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
