Deal Operations Strategist

One of JobIn Clients is Seeking for a Deal Operations Strategist to play a critical role in bridging sales, finance, legal, and operations—making sure high-value deals are structured, reviewed, and executed with both speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from deal structuring to post-close analysis
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to align pricing, contract terms, and compliance
• Drive efficiency in quote-to-cash processes using automation and CRM/ERP tools
• Maintain deal desk documentation and best practices
• Provide strategic insights into revenue recognition, commercial terms, and risk mitigation
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement operational improvements
• Monitor KPIs, report on deal velocity, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
Skills- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools, or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP)
- 3–5 years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales operations, or business strategy
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, ARR/MRR, and commercial models
- High attention to detail and a process optimization mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and able to handle multiple projects.
