Summary

The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing SQL Server environments to ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability. The role includes administering HA SQL clusters, performing backup and restore operations, tuning database performance, and ensuring secure and

reliable data handling across the organization. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise and the ability to support mission-critical database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HA SQL clusters to ensure continuous availability.
• Perform backup, restore, and recovery operations with best practices.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization for SQL Server databases.
• Monitor database health, security, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support database needs.
• Troubleshoot complex SQL issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in HA SQL clusters, backup/restore operations, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Microsoft SQL Server certification or equivalent (required).
