About Us

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve supply-demand imbalances, identify key strategies, validate effectiveness with cross-functional teams, and scale solutions across cities. 2.Collaborate on cost-effective localized campaign designs, build global efficiency metrics, monitor configurations, and identify underperforming cities. 3.Develop systematic surge-order capabilities for merchants/regions, establish quality evaluation frameworks, and optimize experience with minimal scale loss. 4.Build rider scheduling tools with platform monitoring, design shift strategies for peak hours, and ensure stable delivery performance under timeliness constraints.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Diagnose multi-dimensional supply-demand issues, validate strategies via AB testing, and drive cross-team scaling mechanisms. 2.Design high-efficiency campaigns for local markets, establish standardized evaluation systems, and deliver data-driven city-level optimizations. 3.Create surge-order capability roadmaps, develop quality metrics, and implement experience-first strategies for business health. 4.Build visual scheduling monitoring tools, execute time-sensitive shift strategies, and guarantee stable fulfillment under timeliness KPIs.
