The Customer Delivery Assistant supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Overview Of Role
The Customer Delivery Assistant supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Coordination:
- - Liaise with end users and manage expectations
- - Prepare and deliver civil work requirement documents
- - Align installation logistics (e.g., cranes, forklifts)
- - Address IT integration needs
- - Maintain project plans (Gantt charts)
- - Consolidate project documentation
- - Ensure accurate shipping documentation
- - Approve site drawings and civil works
- - Manage installation teams and subcontractors
- - Oversee installation and ensure final acceptance
- - Document integration processes with third-party software
- - Support service team post-handover
- - Strong communication skills
- - Experience managing multiple projects
- - Knowledge of IT and complex systems
- - Installation project experience preferred
- - Willingness to travel
- - Experience with multi-agency and government clients
- IT/Software degree or background
- APMP, PRINCE2, or similar PM qualification preferred
- Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering ideal
- Additional experience in H&S, QA, or process development is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
