About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Trustline. As a Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for understanding our clients’ needs, helping them achieve their cybersecurity goals. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback to improve products, services, and processes. Provide insights to the product development team for continuous enhancement of Trustline’s offerings.
- Contract Management: Manage contract, contract plan. Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of service agreements.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts specifically penetration testing and code review and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluent in Arabic/English
